Epoxy Floor Coating:
Relative humidity in the application environment should be max 80%. If this condition is met, it can be started.
Floor cleaning, surface preparation is done. There should be no dirt, oil, dust. otherwise the epoxy will not stick.
Broken or cracked surfaces should be filled with epoxy repair mortar.
Primer is applied. thus low strength grout layer, loose particles etc. For a more stable rough surface is obtained.
An intermediate layer is applied to obtain a smooth floor.
Floor coating is completed with epoxy top coat.
